Proven experience in engagement and partnership strategies, management of cooperation actions, as well as coordination of networks with different stakeholders (i.e. public institutions, academia, civil society organisations, media and corporate sector), from different geographical cultural contexts. Sound living and working experience in Europe, Middle-East and Asia, with plenty of missions in the Global South.
Strong in project and programme planning, management, supervision, monitoring and evaluation (Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework). Very solid skills in research and policy analysis, as well as in negotiation and policy support/dialogue.
Knowledge and expertise in the following thematic areas: Governance, Human Rights, Gender, Forced Displacement, Higher Education, Civic Engagement, Sustainable Development.
Abilities to analyse facts and risks, to anticipate trends and to identify related responses and solutions, combined with the capacity to take initiative and responsibility. Very good interpersonal and communication capacities, instrumental to maintain pleasant and effective working relations, as well as to lead and coordinate multicultural teams.
