Bettina Schaller oversees the Group Public Affairs activities of the Adecco Group, encompassing regulatory and policy issues and the Adecco Group’s memberships in Employers’ Associations at global and European scale.
She is a Board Member of the World Employment Confederation (WEC), Vice-President of WEC Europe and Chair of the WEC Europe Public Affairs Committee. She is Vice-Chair of the OECD BIAC ELSA COM, a Member of the B20 Employment and Education Task Force, supports the Global Forum on Migration & Development (GFMD) Business Mechanism efforts, sits as Steering Group Member on the World Economic Forum (WEF) “Education, Gender and Work” System and acts as Company focal point for the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN).
Bettina is a 2011 Young Leader of the American Swiss Foundation (ASF) and a Member of the ASF Young Leader Alumni Foundation Board.
In 2017, Bettina was named a “Staffing 100 Europe Influencer” and into the International 50 of the “Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing”.
