I studied International and European law at the University of Paris I and hold a Master degree in International Economic Law. After a traineeship at the Delegation of the European Commission to International Organisations in Geneva, I became the European Affairs Officer of SACD (French and Belgium society for dramatic authors) in 1997. In 2001, Iwas promoted Deputy Director for European Affairs and Trade Negotiations. In 2006, Ijoined FERA, the European network of film and TV directors’ organisations as their CEO. In 2009, I set up a new European organisation to gather collective management organisations for audiovisual authors and represent them towards European institutions: the SAA. I am the SAA Executive Director since it was established in 2010. Since 2008, I have also been a board member of Cineuropa.org, a portal on European cinema in 4 languages, and vice-president since 2014.
