I'm a former Clerk at the UK Parliament and an independent academic who now works as a governance and DEI consultant, training and workshop facilitator, and career/leadership coach across the public sector.

Through my time in Westminster, I've worked extensively in public policy and policy analysis in a variety of areas, collaborating with both government and stakeholders. I've also worked in corporate roles focused on culture, organisational design, and change management, including designing and delivering culture audits and gender-sensitivity audits.

I have particular expertise in the Higher Education sector as an independent academic working on a range of Digital Humanities projects, as well as acting as a coach for graduate students and academics.
