I am a committed Non-Executive Member of various corporate boards (Sustainable Panel of Telefónica, PANDA GmbH and Assurance Services International GmbH), with extensive legal, operational and risk management experience.
I am a qualified lawyer in Germany and Spain with over 15 years of international practice across Western Europe, business owner, Adjunct Professor of various Compliance & Data Protection Courses.
My legal knowledge and my understanding of the needs to find new ways of living together make me a change agent with legal tools: I am ambassador of Europe & MENA of Global Leadership Academy (GLAC) implemented by GIZ, President of European Women Lawyers Association (EWLA) and Spanish delegate for G20/W20.
For me it's of utmost importance to find solutions for our living together in the "The Fourth Industrial Revolution" by implementing the 17 SGDs of Agenda 2030.
Working on research integrity with the Path2Integrity handbook, which is developed by a consortium of 8 partner organisations within a Horizon 2020 Sawfs grant of the European Commission, makes me focusing on quality education (SDG 4).
Together with my partners, we are working against corruption (SDG 16) by providing consultancy to companies and giving training with our 3C Compliance game "Integrity Now!".
As a member of board of directors of Assurance Services International (ASI) I am working on the SDGs 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15: we are assurance partner for leading voluntary sustainability standards and initiatives such as Forest Stewardship Council or the Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials.
Transversally, I am focusing on reducing inequalities (SDG 10) and on gender equality (SDG 5).
I am a very curious person and that's why I want to understand whats going on within "The Fourth Industrial Revolution" and its impact on ethics and on how to solve the challenges of the Agenda 2030. That's why I am organizing a congress on "The Fourth Industrial Revolution and its Impact on Ethics - Solving the Challenges of the Agenda 2030" and I am co-editing a book which will be published within the Sustainable Finance Book Series of Springer Palgrave Macmillan.
