Emőke Péter is currently part of the Commission's team in charge of the preparation of fair and free elections European elections. She is a young, dynamic, impact-oriented policy shaper. She studied diplomacy and European Governance and she gained valuable work experience at various EU Institutions, such as European Parliament, European Commission and Committee of the Regions in Bruxelles but also at Romanian Government, Romanian Parliament, Parliament of Sachsony-Anhalt.
Working with policymakers and civil society leaders she noticed that the acceleration and sustainment of both individual and organizational success depend first and foremost on the quality of their professional network, therefore she started to deepen her knowledge in the field of connection building and strategic partnerships.
She believes that the most powerful tool to close the gender gap and reach a more equal gender representation in a leadership position is to help women developing their skills. In 2016 she got certified in leadership networking and since then, she is delivering training and coaching sessions on business and political networking, helping thus women leaders and aspiring future leaders to get closer to their professional goals.
