I head the Brussels Strategic Intelligence teamof CEIS-Avisa Partners, an economic intelligence and cybersecurity firm present in Paris, London, Brussels, Berlin and Washington D.C. Our mission is to mitigate the risks faced by political and business leaders, corporations, and institutions, ensuring they can act from a position of strength both in the lead-up to strategic decisions and in their operations. My team is specialised in sectors of national sovereignty, including security, defence and cyber, and with a sub-specialty in the digital transformation of these fields.
I was previously Head of Media & Communication at the European Defence Agency, and before that led the Peace, Security & Defence Programme of the Brussels-based think-tank Friends of Europe (previously the Security & Defence Agenda). I am Vice-President for Outreach & Operations of Women in International Security (WIIS) Brussels, and was a founding member of the Brussels Binder. I began my career in the defence industry after studying at King’s College London, the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris and Leiden University in the Netherlands.
I speak French, English, German and Italian, and am a mother of two.
