For the last 20 years, I have been a program manager & executive advisor in a digitalized and rapidly evolving world. My experience has ranged from industries such as Tobania, DXC, Smals and also Siemens, Astrid, Caterpillar, Canon and extending to Axa, ING, P&V.

The sustainability and uniqueness of my approach can be summed up in two words: humanity & efficiency.

My superpower is to get the best of those two seemingly opposing dimensions. This is what I have done in many organizations and contexts. Understanding the ambitions of the companies I have worked with, defining the envisioned “dot on the horizon,” anticipating the tactical & operational challenges, composing the right mix of people, and creating synergies by combining hard assets (governance, processes, technologies, tools, data,…) and soft assets (talent management, leadership, communication, training, ....).
