I have a decade long experience and expertise of working on the EU policies vis-a-vis Eastern Partnership and Central Asian countries on human rights and democratization. In my current capacity I engage with the the EU institutions, monitor and analyse the EU policies towards Eastern Partnership, Russia and Central Asian countries and coordinate advocacy actions targeting EU and other international institutions. As part of the Human Rights and Democracy Network (HRDN) Managerial Troika in 2015-2018 I coordinated a policy work of the network towards EU institutions. the Before joining IPHR, I worked for four years at FRIDE, a European think-tank based in Brussels and Madrid, as Central Asia programme manager and conducted research and advocacy on EU policies towards Central Asia and the South Caucasus. I authored several publications on the EU’s human rights and democracy policies in these regions. Prior to that I worked at the Open Society European Policy Institute in Brussels, and for the European Socialist Party, assisting in the 2009 European Parliament Election campaign. I was involved in the pan-European youth network AEGEE, and served one year as its Brussels director for European Institutions.

This center will investigate the crime of aggression committed against #Ukraine. In the coming period we will continue to discuss next steps with the @EU_Commission, @Eurojust and Ukraine, so that those responsible for this invasion can be prosecuted. 2/2

The ongoing Russian aggression in #Ukraine cannot go unpunished. We must consider all options to prosecute the perpetrators. That is why the Netherlands welcomes the establishment of an International Research Center in The Hague. 1/2
