About the Role: As a Co-Lead, you’ll:

• Manage and guide our team, ensuring everyone is motivated and on-track.
• Lead the work of the Community Management Working Group.
• Enhance communication with technical teams and across departments to keep projects flowing smoothly.
• Be the PoC between our website developers and oversee the websites’s functionalities to better serve our expert community.
• Analyze data to shape our strategy and improve user engagement.
• Promote and implement new features, making our platform a beacon for gender diversity in public debate.

Who We Want: We're looking for someone who has 3 hours per week and is passionate about making a difference and enthusiastic about fostering gender diversity. No advanced IT skills required—just your drive to lead and collaborate!
